Full Time Sales

Come join our family-owned company dedicated to transforming lawns into lush, green, weed-free turf. We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Sales Specialist who’s passionate about sales and knows the ins and outs of lawn care.

This is an in-office position based in Wentzville off Highway A.
Minimum 1 year of lawn care sales experience is required.
Familiarity with RealGreen SA5 (Service Assistant by WorkWave) is a huge plus!

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls from new customers, understand their needs, and close sales confidently.

• Assist current customers by resolving service concerns and delivering knowledgeable lawn care solutions.

• Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to check in with existing clients and follow up on leads.

• Reach out to leads provided by our technician team.

• Operate efficiently within the SA5 system to manage accounts and communicate effectively.
