FULL TIME PTA - PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients. The Physical Therapist Assistant will be responsible for implementing therapy programs to improve patients' mobility and function. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

• Educate patients and families on proper therapy techniques and home exercise programs

• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and documentation

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• valid state PTA licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
