Full-time Medical Scheduler

Mobile Physician Services is seeking a full-time Medical Clinical Scheduler to join our growing team of passionate medical professionals in New Port Richey, FL. This is a hybrid position that will require working some days remotely and other days in the office after a minimum of 30 days in-office training.

The perfect candidate will enjoy working in a supportive team environment with exceptional administrative and organizational capabilities. This role requires a basic understanding of patient care and attention to detail while managing confidential electronic medical records. The Medical Clinical Schedulers responsibilities include:

• Manage e-messages and phone communication to schedule appointments
• Appointment scheduling and record management for multiple providers
• Verifying the accuracy of patient information and the purpose of the visit
• Coordinating and scheduling urgent and same-day patient visits
• Respond to patient and caregiver scheduling questions promptly
• Assisting providers with efficient routes between patient visits
• Maintain HIPPA confidentiality and data safekeeping

Our team provides Primary Care, Wound Management, Podiatry, Pain Management, Palliative Care, Psychiatric Care, and Optometry to individuals who would otherwise not be able to receive care. Our providers visit the patients in their homes in over 23 counties within the state of Florida and the Dayton, OH area.
