Full time Maintenance Position

Location: The Inn at Willow Grove – Orange, VA

Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

We’re currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to help ensure our property remains safe, functional, and beautiful for every guest.

What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our historic estate. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing daily maintenance and emergency repairs in guest rooms, spa, restaurant, and public areas.

• Troubleshooting and servicing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.

• Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks across the property.

• Responding quickly to service requests from guests and staff.

• Managing tools, supplies, and equipment to ensure a well-stocked and organized maintenance area.

• Assisting with seasonal tasks and event setups.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience (hospitality or commercial preferred)

• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general repairs

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks independently

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Team-player attitude with excellent communication skills
