Full Time Instructor

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team and provide high-quality education to students in our facility. This coach will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for students, planning and implementing age-appropriate skills, and communicating with parents about their child's progress. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for students

• Plan and implement age-appropriate skills and drills to promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of students 

• Communicate with parents about their child's development and progress, including providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions

• Follow all policies and procedures related to the care of students, including adhering to safety protocols and maintaining accurate records

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an instructor or in a similar role

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff

• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities for athletes
