Full-time Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician- HVAC Certified

• Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently, courteously, and promptly.
• Complete preventive maintenance work orders, make ready units and inspections as assigned.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
