Position Summary
We are hiring a Full-Time Cleaning Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at an office facility in Chester, VA. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash receptacles and use compactor for designated materials.

• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners.

• Spot clean carpets and assist with extractions and shampooing.

• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.

• Follow cleaning schedule provided by supervisors.

• Use heavy cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers.

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.

• Clean and monitor restrooms, classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and gymnasiums.

• Follow procedures for safe use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.

• Use our mobile cleaning app to report issues and supply needs.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the scope of work or customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• U.S. citizenship required due to federal contract guidelines

• Solid work history and reliability

• Background check required

• Bilingual a plus

• Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone
