Part Time Bilingual Financial Recovery Associate

This position requires the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish, including writing. You will assist credit union members with questions regarding past due loan payments and overdrawn accounts.  Work with members to secure payment agreements to protect their credit rating. This involves phone calls and in person discussions with members.   You should be detail oriented, as you will review accounts daily to see if funds are available to collect on past due loans or balances.  Provide information on credit union services and products to existing members and potential members.  No experience necessary, we will train you.  We are looking for a dependable person with good attendance record.  Personable, empathetic, and desire to help members. Must have reliable transportation.  This position can be filled with part-time M-F approximately 25-8  hours a week, approximately 5 hours a day.  We are an equal opportunity employer.  This can turn into a full time position for the right candidate.
