Fuel Polish Technician

Job Description 

D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc., a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for an experienced or someone willing to grow in a new career, energetic, hardworking Fuel Polish Technician in Denver, CO   

Fuel Polish Technicians assist in the maintenance of fuel tanks by ensuring tanks are inspected, maintained, and repaired for our customers.

Responsibilities:  

• Are good at using hand and power tools
• Have a mechanical or electrical background and experience using construction equipment
• Can lift up to 70lbs as well as stoop, bend, and kneel
• Have a good driving record as well as can pass a physical along with a drug and alcohol screen
• Can be consistent with applicable laws and follow strict safety and technical protocols
• Able to work independently (after you are trained that is) and has basic knowledge of computers and data entry
• Are able to communicate effectively with all levels, from customers through Vice Presidents
• Can comfortably travel throughout the state of Colorado, in some cases being away from home multiple nights in a row

Qualifications:  

• Driving company service vehicle from the office to our customer locations. This position involves extensive travel.
• Performing site assessments or surveys and associated procedures.
• Installing equipment.
• Managing and reporting inventory of parts and supplies.
• Performing test to determine Fuel Quality and Tank Integrity, including Video Inspection.
• Fuel Restoration
• Entering results into the company computer system.
• Analyzing results and transmitting records via laptop to company headquarters.
