Front Office Manager

The Best Western Plus - The Inn at King of Prussia is seeking a dynamic, passionate, guest and team-focused individual to lead our Guest Services Team and assist in the overall operation of the hotel.  This challenging position is responsible for ensuring our team delivers a service experience beyond our guests' expectations by creating a culture of warm, genuine hospitality.  This ideal candidate works with minimal supervision, is comfortable making decisions, takes true ownership of the property, serves as Manager on Duty and is aggressively passionate about hospitality.  Applicants with prior experience with CloudPM strongly encouraged to apply.  

You will enjoy this role if you are hands-on, thrive at working the desk and being in constant contact with our guests, have a true passion for training, coaching and development and holds themselves to a high standard of productivity and results.  Those looking to sit behind a desk or just work traditional bank hours need not apply.  Applicants will be required to work all shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays as business demands.  The position will also oversee our intimate bar and breakfast service.  The successful candidate will also be responsible for championing our Enrollments, assisting with review responses and administrative functions that support the department and hotel overall.
