Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Office Agent to join our team. This role requires organization, hard work, and a true service mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances multiple tasks with accuracy, and delivers genuine hospitality at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in/check-out, and answer questions with professionalism.

  • Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk environment.

  • Uphold Marriott brand standards of service and hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

  • A professional, service-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.

  • Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems (training provided).

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
