Southern Hops Brewing Company in Florence, SC is seeking an experienced Front of House manager to add to our team! With a full kitchen, brewery, and bar that uses quality local ingredients, our main goal is providing our customers with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and our employees with support, a great work environment, and a positive culture of teamwork. Southern Hops Brewing Company has a decade of history in South Carolina and has just recently expanded to it's second location in Murrells Inlet August 2022.

FOH Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and friendly FOH manager that can help lead our FOH team! As a FOH Manager, you will play an important roll in the success of Southern Hops in Florence, SC. This is not a bartending position. In this position, you will oversee the interview and hiring processes for positions such as servers, hosts, and bartenders. You will also help oversee, direct, and actively participate in the training of personnel in these positions. This position works at least 40 hours per week. We are closed Sundays.

Additionally, you will help supervise the cleanliness and upkeep of pertinent areas. The front of house manager also supervises individual shifts, helping ensure that all guests are served in a manner that meets the standards set by Southern Hops. The person in this postion will need to learn or already have experience in Toast POS. Knowledge of working with social media, Canva, etc is also important. In this position, you will be expected to help lead and assist in social media posts and help with events. Lastly, the FOH Manager will help provide a fun and safe place to work while giving the customer such a positive experience that they can't wait to come back! We will be able to do this by making the customer feel welcome, provide friendly and efficient service, and possibly introducing them craft beer for the first time. Candidates must answer the onboarding questons in order to qualify for the position.
