Position:

Front Desk Staff - Afternoon and Weekend Rotation

Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Staff member at Franco's on Magazine, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our members and guests. Your main responsibilities will include efficiently checking in members, operating the point of sale system, maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, providing informative tours to potential members, and potentially assisting in selling memberships. This is a perfect part-time position for students with afternoons and (some) weekends available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Process membership payments accurately using the point of sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked
• Provide tours of the facilities to potential members, highlighting key features and benefits
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding club services and offerings
• Assist with membership sales by effectively communicating the club's value and benefits
• Address member concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive member experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and operating point of sale software
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Schedule:

This is a part-time position with afternoon and weekend rotation shifts. Flexibility in scheduling is required.
