Front Desk Supervisor - Courtyard by Marriott
Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? The Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team with enthusiasm and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins/outs and excellent guest service.
- Train, mentor, and support front desk associates to uphold Marriott standards.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, finding timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and ensuring brand compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
- Assist in driving a shuttle (Valid DL Required)
- Prior hotel front desk experience, preferably with Marriott.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Marriott’s PMS (FOSSE) is a plus.
