WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE ENTAIL?

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be a leader in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for both guests and team members. Your role will involve more than just checking guests in and out—you will set the tone for exceptional hospitality while supporting the overall success of the hotel. Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver Outstanding Hospitality – Consistently go above and beyond guest expectations by creating personalized experiences and ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and solution-oriented.
  • Drive Guest Satisfaction & Loyalty – Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring timely and effective resolutions that enhance their stay and encourage return visits.
  • Lead the Front Desk Team – Coach, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Be the Team’s Cheerleader – Keep the energy high and inspire the front desk team by recognizing achievements, fostering teamwork, and keeping morale strong.
  • Manage Daily Operations – Oversee all front desk activities, including reservations, guest requests, phone calls, emails, and problem resolution to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Monitor and Enforce Hotel Policies – Ensure all front desk procedures, brand standards, and safety guidelines are followed, maintaining a high level of compliance and consistency.
  • Ensure a Well-Organized Front Desk – Maintain a clean, efficient, and fully stocked front desk area, including office supplies and essential resources.
  • Support the Eat & Sip Market – Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and fresh market by managing inventory, conducting weekly and monthly stock counts, and ensuring all items are in-date.
  • Be a Community Connector – Actively participate in hotel community engagement efforts, supporting initiatives that strengthen our connection with local businesses and organizations.
