Answer phones, greet patients, and book appointments that stick.

Guide people through the noise and emotion of hearing loss with clarity and calm.

Pitch the value of treatment confidently (we’ll show you how—but you need to own it).

Keep track of bookings, follow-ups, and treatment starts—not just names on a schedule.
