Job Opening: Medical Record Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Record Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records—including office visits, procedures, and imaging reports—and formatting documents with key data points for legal and medical review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently review and organize large volumes of medical records

• Summarize key information from office notes, procedure reports, and imaging findings

• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of documentation

• Format reports to highlight relevant clinical and legal data

Qualifications:

Prior experience reviewing medical records, with strong knowledge of medical terminology

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a digital environment; approximately 80% of the work is computer-based
