Front Desk Receptionist
POSITION PURPOSE:
Answer telephones and dispatch calls to appropriate personnel. Maintain preventative maintenance and daily work order programs. Process work requests, incoming mail, invoices, and purchases requests. Schedule vacation requests, department education and training. Process payroll, key and sign requests. Maintain personnel information, competencies and evaluations, corporate documentation, and policies and procedures. Prepare and edit reports, correspondence, emails, and interoffice memorandums for all supervisors and the Director. Take and transcribe minutes for department meetings. Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic under Director's supervision. Bill and follow up on claims in the EHR (electronic health record.)
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
EXPERIENCE: Three years secretarial experience required in a fast paced office. Must have computer experience, preferably in Microsoft Office.
