Front Desk / Overnight Phones
We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Front Desk & Guest Services Associate to be the welcoming face of our WoodSpring Suites extended stay property. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy ensuring guests feel at home during their long-term stay, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do:
Guest Check-in/out: Efficiently process arrivals and departures, manage reservations, and assign rooms.
Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for all guest needs, providing exceptional service and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.
Billing & Payments: Process payments, manage guest folios, and handle cash, credit card, and direct bill transactions.
Property Knowledge: Become an expert on our hotel amenities and the local area to assist guests with recommendations and information.
Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready and repairs are completed quickly.
Maintain Lobby Appearance: Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in a hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Hours Consist of Front Desk Wednesday - Thursday 3pm - 11pm. Saturday - Sunday Front Desk 9am - 3pm. Overnight Phones are 11pm - 7am - 7 days a week.
Over night phones are ONLY CONSIST OF HELPING OUR GUESTS WITH ROOM KEYS, AND OR RESERVATIONS TO GET A ROOM, OR IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY OF SOME KIND. Some nights you might only get a couple phone calls, and there might be other nights when you don't get any calls at all. You are paid in 15 min increments for each phone call received.
