As a Front Desk Services Supervisor, you will lead by example, setting the tone for positivity, helpfulness, and genuine care for our guests and employees alike. You will welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, set the tone for their stay, and ensure every interaction reflects our high standards of service. This role is ideal for someone who appreciates the finer aspects of hospitality, loves creating special moments for guests, and thrives in a detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  •         Provide support and training to front desk agent
  •           Curate personalized guest experiences
  • Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about hotel services and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Manage reservations using front desk software and maintain accurate records of guest information.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Assist in managing billing processes and ensure accurate transactions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is required.
  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role required.
  • Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette is essential.
  • Strong guest relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
