Front Desk Concierge
The Arches Concierge position:
Welcome tenants with enthusiasm
o Welcome email, move-in procedure
o Setup keys with office (1 fob and 1 mailbox key), mailbox labels
o Coordinate key pick up with tenant and front desk elevator reservation
o On key pick up- Close the key event: Photo ID (physical ID) that matches BL info,
Building Profile pic, confirm contact info
(while introducing what the front desk is here to provide: Front desk instruct., package system, deliveries, guests)
o Tour the building: Building WIFI password, Amenities (rules, reservations, rentals, memberships), Common areas (laundry, package rooms, garage)
o Apartment tour: Walk thru Checklist, Switches for outlets, Thermostat instruct. Volume control, Dishwasher soap warning, Kitchen sink leak prevention, No smoking, proper garbage disposal, Con ed account setup, Lockout fees
o Go Over the apps: Buildinglink credentials, TWA setup, Control4 if applicable, Payrange, Luxor, (Mind & body)
o Welcoming gift in the apt (mug, keychain, pen, notepad) Arches branded gifts.
o Folder with Brochures(rules), community info, coupons, Network info, garage info/bike storage
o Update Spreadsheet and email management after move-in
Tenant Move-out
o Week prior setup elevator reservation with front desk
o Key turn-in after super inspection of unit
o Update Spreadsheet and email management
Tenant Experience Assistance
o Assist tenant issues (if issue is management related be the middle ground for solution) (bilingual, unresolved issues, complaints or suggestions)
o Direct communication with proper management staff
• Hours 12pm-6pm Monday-Friday – 30 hours a week
• 1 EVENT per month
• Manage services and vendors (Mind & body)
