Position Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, all while maintaining a welcoming and efficient front desk environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately

• Manage phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries

• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records

• Provide local information and assistance to enhance guest stays

• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk and lobby

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Proficient with computers and reservation systems (OnQ experience a plus)

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent required
