Guest Services' Agent / Front Desk - Grande Shores Resort
Job Description - You will welcome all guests upon their arrival with a smiling face and friendly
attitude. The front desk is often the first point of contact for guests; giving
the agent responsibility of a first impression. Some of the daily duties
include, but not limited to; checking in and out, issuing room keys/cards,
keeping records of guest accounts, processing payments, and making edits to
guests reservations.
Job responsibilities -
- Check guests in and out of resort
- Issue guest keys appropriately
- Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests
- Accommodate guest's scheduled stay as needed
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Resolve guest concern; assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services
Guest Services' Agent Requirements -
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language
