As a Front Desk Agent, you will welcome guests and provide outstanding guest service by answering telephones, making reservations, processing check-in and checkout of guests and answering general questions about the hotel and surrounding area. The Front Desk Agent will work two over night shifts per week. 

Required Skills:

  • Hilton Brand experience preferred
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays-could include overnight shifts.
  • Should be highly organized, have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
  • Outstanding people skills
  • Trustworthy and results-driven
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts.
