Freight Unloader - Lumpers

Freight Breakers is looking for motivated and dedicated team members in Hagerstown!

Overview: Our material handlers primarily assist with unloading boxes from trailers. You will be assisting with building and moving pallets with a pallet jack.  No other equipment will be used. This is a production-based team environment. The faster you and your team can work and finish trailers, the more you will make overall for the week! 

Responsibilities:
- Move pallets to/from staging area

- Basic math skills are needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow receiving/shipping policies and procedures
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols
- Follow attendance policies and call-off procedures

Requirements:
- Reliable attendance
- Reliable transportation 

- Must be able to lift up to 150lbs

- Must be 18 or older to apply
- Must be on present and on time for all scheduled shifts
- Must be able to lift and carry 5-50LBS
- Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time

- Must be able to perform at or above production standards (after training)

- Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test
