Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

As a Construction Cleaning Technician, you play a crucial role in preparing construction sites for daily activities. Your duties include:

• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing construction areas, and removing debris and dust.
• Ensuring clean and hazard-free floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Sanitizing restrooms and break areas used by construction workers.
• Maintaining orderly workspaces by wiping surfaces, windows, and fixtures.
• Ensuring proper disposal of hazardous materials.
• Collaborating with the construction team to address specific cleaning needs.
• Operating cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Reporting maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in following instructions and procedures.
• Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Positive recommendations from previous employers.
