Frank's Muth Assistant Manager

Hours:

Full Time 40-45 hours per week.  Earliest Shift 8:00 am - Latest Shift 10:00 pm. and a variety of shifts in between. Must be available weekdays, weekends and some holidays.

Function:

Is responsible for the management of Frank’s Muth and the administration of its standards, policies, and procedures so that the highest degree of guest satisfaction and profit may be attained in the absence of the Store manager. This position works very closely with Shop Manager and Buyer and will take direction from them in the spirit of team playing but reports directly to the General Manager.

Basic Qualification:

Must be 18 years of age.

Four – year college education in Hospitality/Business field or the equivalent in Retail/Management experience.
