Position Title: Fourth Grade Teacher

Location: Holy Rosary Catholic School, Larose, LA

Reports To: Principal

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fourth Grade Teacher who will help cultivate a classroom that inspires learning, faith, and character. This teacher will uphold the Catholic identity of the school and encourage initiative, responsibility, and kindness in every student.

Responsibilities

● Plan and implement engaging lessons in core academic subjects and religion.

● Use varied instructional strategies to support learners of all levels.

● Incorporate technology and real-world connections that enrich the curriculum.

● Maintain open communication with parents and collaborate with support staff.

● Promote a classroom culture rooted in respect, reverence, and academic excellence.

● Participate in school-wide events, retreats, and service efforts.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field and/or teaching experience.

● Louisiana teaching certificate preferred.

● A passion for teaching and commitment to fostering the whole child.

● Strong teamwork and professional communication skills.
