Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator, with at least 5+ years of experience, to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently. You will help maintain a clean and organized warehouse while following all safety procedures and company policies.

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials and products

• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets safely and efficiently

• Inspect forklift daily and report any mechanical issues

• Maintain inventory accuracy by properly scanning and tracking items

• Assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and staging

• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

• Keep warehouse clean and organized

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Proven experience as a forklift operator

• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math and reading skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work independently or in a team setting

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed
