Food Service Kitchen Manager

The Texan Stores is seeking a Food Service Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations.  We have several locations with more sites expected in the future. (Yorktown is Corporate Location)

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a kitchen management position
• Strong leadership skills
  
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to manage time effectively and determine appropriate prioritize
• Experience with food preparation and following recipes.
• Experience with kitchen equipment 
• Ability to lead a team
