We are currently looking for a Food Runner / Expeditor to join our team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision, timing, and presentation.

What You’ll Do

This role is the heartbeat between our kitchen and our guests. You will:

-Coordinate and deliver dishes from two kitchens—our hot line and sushi bar

-Ensure food is accurate, complete, and perfectly timed

0Maintain clear, constant communication between chefs and service team

-Organize tickets and manage flow to keep service smooth and efficient

-Act as the final quality check before dishes hit the table
