Food Prep Lead

This position will be responsible for leading a team of prep cooks for Johnny Brusco's Pizza commissary.  Requires the ability to plan and anticipate business volume in order to fulfill orders.  Responsibilities include:  Placing food orders, Taking Inventory, good record keeping, and quality control.

Must be proficient at using Word and Excel.
