Food & Beverage Associate

Position Overview

Fuel Zone Team Members interacts directly with Guests to provide courteous, friendly and professional Food and Beverage assistance. Fuel Zone Team Members must deliver WoW Guest experiences whether at the counter or preparing the food. They interact with Guests throughout the day providing a positive concessions experience. The Fuel Zone’s number one goal is to ensure food safety to provide quality foods and beverages to the Guests. 

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrated knowledge of proper food handling
• Demonstrated good judgment of quantity, quality, and production
• Knowledge and understanding of basic temperatures and food safety
• Exhibits clean work habits and ownership of a safe clean area
• Demonstrates the ability to follow instructions
• Proficient with basic tools, measurements, and kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of ingredients and food allergies
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and small wares
• Knowledge of food allergies
• Deliver WoW Guest Experiences
• Greet Guests and take their orders
• Always present a professional appearance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Completion of the Fuel Zone modules on Sky Zone University
• Ability to communicate well with children and adults
