Job description - As the Food and Beverage Manager you will ensure that guest receives the highest level of food quality and service. You will manage the onsite F&B Revenue Centers and Banquet Functions with regards to: culinary skills, menu creation, daily sales, internal controls, POS management, staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, etc.

Responsible for all F&B Revenue Centers including Banquet Functions but not limited to:

  • Overall Actual vs Budget
  • Purchasing
  • Daily Cash Receipts
  • Labor Cost
  • Operating Expenses
  • Culinary Skills
  • Responsible for all F&B Staff: training, hiring, and scheduling team members
  • Manage and monitor product quality, service, and satisfaction trends; evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Responsible for monitoring inventory and monthly inventory control
  • Ensure that all staff are complying with serving standards
  • Maintain and make continuous improvements to cleaning protocols
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards.
  • Position reports to the General Manager of the property


Requirements -

  • Integrity and Ethics
  • Previous experience in a related field is required (minimum 1 year)
  • Knowledge of Micros POS system
  • A detailed understanding of F&B cash receipts is recommended
  • Must be comfortable working under pressure
  • Must be dependable and have good time management kills
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve, and sound decision making
  • Guest oriented with excellent people skills
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
