The collection of restaurants from Chef Srijith Gopinathan and Ayesha Thapar, The Cal-India Collective, is a growing group of Michelin rated and Top 100 Bay Area restaurants that include Ettan, Copra and Eylan. Our group is growing and always seeking experienced, dedicated, career-minded managers to lead our teams.
