Basic Purpose

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our team as Flyer Distributors. In this role, you will promote our services by distributing promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and branded items in targeted areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, interacting with people, and representing a respected home care provider.

Primary Responsibilities

• Distribute promotional materials to designated locations and audiences.
• Interact with the public in a friendly, professional, and informative manner.
• Represent the company with a positive and approachable demeanor.
• Follow established routes and distribution schedules efficiently.
• Track and report the number of materials distributed and collect public feedback.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure brand consistency.
• Communicate any issues or challenges encountered to your supervisor.
• Follow all safety and traffic guidelines during distribution.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Energetic, outgoing, and reliable.
• Good time management and punctuality.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods.
• Familiarity with local neighborhoods and demographics is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to access distribution areas.
• Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID.
