Floral Designer

Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Floral Designer/Customer Service Rep to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. The Designer will be responsible for processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, providing a high level of customer service, floral designing, cooler cleaning and stock maintenance. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments accurately

• Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and assisting customers with their purchases

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

• Floral designing, greening and cooler cleaning. ( We are willing to train the right candidate.) 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cashier or in a customer service role

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of floral design or floral retail experience.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills
