Flooring Installers - Sub-Contractor's

We are currently looking for reliable and experienced self-motivated flooring subcontractor's (1099) in the MD, DC and VA areas 

Our installers work in both commercial and residential environments and follow a systematic approach that includes set-up, preparation, installation, clean up, and inspection. Need to be self-insured with both liability and workers comp

You will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet and tile.    We offer competitive labor rates,  

Responsibilities:

• Install various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and tile, according to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
• Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary treatments to ensure proper installation.
• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas with precision and accuracy.
• Lay flooring materials using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a professional finish.
• Repair or replace damaged flooring materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.
• Properly handle and dispose of all waste materials and debris.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition and stored properly.  - Must have own tools and equipment.
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Flooring Installer with expertise in installing various flooring types, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and tile.
