Floor Technician

Position Summary: The Floor Tech position is Full Time. The hours are based on the needs of the facility and will require some weekends and holidays. The position exists to provide routine support in the environmental services of residents, ensuring that the highest degree of quality resident care is always maintained. This position must work effectively with team members to ensure that work is accomplished in a timely, effective, well-organized, and safe manner.

Location: Aspen Point Health & Rehab - 2840 W. Clay St., St. Charles, MO 63301

Responsibilities & Duties:

·       Stripping, waxing, and maintaining floors.

·       Performing light housekeeping duties as needed.

·       Following a daily cleaning schedule.

·       Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.

·       Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications:

·       Prior experience required, preferably in a nursing home environment.

·       Excellent customer service skills.

·       Ability to move (sit, stand, bend, lift) intermittently throughout the workday.

·       Ability to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 pounds.

Hours/Shifts: Our openings include full-time, part-time, PRN for all shifts
