Position Overview
We are seeking a Floor Manager to lead by example on the sales floor, ensure strong merchandising standards, train and evaluate employees, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role combines retail leadership with hands-on customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floors across our three retail locations
- Train staff on running shoes, apparel, and accessories
- Coach and evaluate employees on customer service and sales performance
- Provide regular feedback and mentoring to ensure staff growth
- Lead by example with excellent customer service and product expertise
- Support store managers with scheduling, staffing, and daily operations
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service leadership experience (specialty retail preferred)
- Strong communication, coaching, and feedback skills
- Knowledge of running shoes and apparel (or passion for learning)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and motivate a team
Compensation
- Pay range: $42,000-$48,000/year
