Floor Cocktail Waitress

Job Summary:
Energetic and customer-focused Cocktail Waitress, which will provide exceptional service in a fast-paced nightclub environment, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. You must be knowledgeable about our alcoholic beverages, comfortable with high-volume service, and dedicated to delivering top-notch hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival.

• Take drink orders accurately and deliver beverages promptly.

• Recommend cocktails and beverages based on guests’ preferences.

• Ensure all drinks are served according to The Copper Door’s standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized service area at all times.

• Handle transactions and process payments accurately.

• Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.

• Assist bartenders and other team members to ensure seamless service.

• Handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Support opening and closing duties, including restocking and setup.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cocktail waitress or in a similar role at a nightclub or bar is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and beers.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry heavy trays.

• Friendly and attentive attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Passion for providing high-quality customer service.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must comply with all local, state, and federal alcohol service regulations.

• Valid food handler’s certification and alcohol service license.

  
  

  
  Hourly: $16.50/hr
  
  Tips and commissions: This position will share 30% of tips with the bar. 70% will be for the server. If this position sells a table, bottle or any package, will be counted with the same percentage given at the host stand.
