Fleet Coordinator

Weston Transportations Enterprise Inc. is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to support Paratransit operations in Volusia County.

In fulfilling the mission to change peoples’ lives through needed transportation, the Fleet Coordinator will ensure maximum on-time performance, minimal customer wait times, high customer satisfaction, and high employee satisfaction. This individual will perform logistics coordination / dispatching duties daily in addition to assisting with rollout, closeout, reconciliation, and compliance procedures.

• Outstanding customer service sills
• Excellent time management skills
• 1+ years of experience in logistics coordinator or dispatching
• 1+ years of data entry experience
• Experience working with Trapeze software (preferred)
• Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish and/or Creole (preferred)
