Job Title: Shift Lead
Job Description:
- Coach Team Members, Supervises and guides during shifts.
- Keeps track that Procedures and Policies are being followed.
- Provides Excellent Customer Service, resolves guest complaints, listens and exceeds guest expectations.
- Maintains and develops guest relations.
- Opens and Close Shifts.
- Able to handle POS transactions and payments accurately.
- Ensures that guests orders (food and beverage) are made accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Maintains a clean working environment, complying to all food safety and sanitation guidelines,

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Food Handlers Certificate
- One year of experience as a shift leader or similar role; food industry is a plus.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
