We specialize in residential and commercial disaster cleanup: water damage mitigation which consists of water extraction, drying services, and restoration; fire damage cleaning of contents and structure; and mold remediation. We also clean carpet, upholstery, ceramic tile, HVAC ducts, and offer post- construction cleaning services in addition to inventory, packing, and moving services.

Job Functions:

• Responding to daily emergency services such as water, fire, and smoke damage jobs.
• Extract water from flooded structures using commercial extraction equipment.
• Communicate job process with customers and answer questions accordingly.
• Must be able to measure and sketch basic floor plan
• Remove damaged or wet building materials such as carpet, pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall,
• Take daily moisture readings, measurements, set up commercial drying equipment.
• Responsible for cleanliness and care of Servpro vehicle
• Efficiently and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning
• Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, chemicals, etc. to the truck before departure from the customer’s home
• Uphold all company policies and procedures
• Provide customer with a receipt and secure payment for service
• Inform customers about and sell retail carpet cleaning products
• Able to move and/or lift 50 lbs (avg)

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
• A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, must be willing to be on call when needed.
• Some night and weekend work is required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.

Full Time and Part Time positions available.

Starting wage for this position ranges from $10-$14 depending on experience.
