🕒 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4x10 Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

TST Fab & Machine is seeking a Certified (C7) Blaster to join our Finishing Team. As a critical part of our production process, the C7 Blaster ensures our metal components meet the highest standards before final delivery. Your work is the last touchpoint in production—attention to detail and a deep understanding of abrasive blasting techniques are essential.

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, strip, or finish surfaces

• Prepare surfaces for painting or other finishing work

• Adjust pressure and flow to meet the finish requirements

• Follow safety protocols and TST policies at all times

• Inspect work areas and equipment for safety and maintenance needs

• Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and supervisors

• Maintain a clean and organized blasting area

• High School Diploma or GED

• Certified (C7) Blaster Certification required

• 3+ years in a manufacturing or similar environment

• 0–2 years in a fabricating/manufacturing setting acceptable with certification

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Able to lift, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
