Job Title:  Finish Production Associate

Reports To: Production Manager

Job Status: Full time

Schedule: 7:30am – 4:30pm, M-F

Salary Rate: $16 an hour with excellent benefits including PTO, Insurance, and 401k match!

$250 signing bonus after successful completion of first 90 days! 

Position Summary:

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to perform the finishing step in the production line.  The candidate will be required to assemble ingots onto bags and clean, fold, and package into their appropriate boxes while maintaining a clean and organized workspace and positive attitude. 

Position Responsibilities:

·       Package product neatly in the appropriate manner

·       Complete work orders to assemble prints onto products in a timely manner

·       Check prints for accuracy as they can be placed onto the product

·       Maintain a clean and organized workplace

·       Adherent to business procedure guidelines

·       Ability to work 40+ hours per week

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:

·       High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required

·       Ability to effectively work individually and/or in a team environment

·       Competency in performing multiple functional tasks

·       Ability to respond to frequent demands of high-profile customers

·       Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Position Details:

Shift is 7:30 A.M.-4:30 PM. Candidate must be able to work 8+ hours a day, stand on their feet for extended periods of time, and lift and carry 20+ pounds.
