A Financial Reporting & Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization adheres to financial regulations while maintaining accurate and transparent financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, safeguarding the organization against risks and penalties.
  • Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits and address any discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Review and recommend improvements to financial reporting processes and compliance measures.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor financial reporting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
  • Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments to company policies.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
  • 3 to 5 years of public accounting experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
