Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Financial Controller to lead our financial operations. This individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise with a background in family office, real estate, or business finance and will play a key strategic role supporting the Integrator and CEO.
What You'll Do
· Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
· Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
· Maintain payroll records and handle benefit, tax, and regulatory filings
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
· Manage cash flow and optimize working capital
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
· Provide data-driven financial insights for strategic planning
· Liaise with auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions
What We're Looking For
· Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
· CPA certification required
· 5+ years of financial management experience
· Proven experience in family office, real estate, or small business finance
· Strong knowledge of payroll and compliance standards
· Expertise in financial regulations, tax reporting, and internal controls
· Proficiency with financial systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Office
· Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
