We’re currently expanding our field sales team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Door-to-Door Sales Executives.

Role Overview:

As a Door-to-Door Sales Executive, you will represent Rogers by promoting its services directly to customers at their homes. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, persuasive, and enjoys face-to-face interactions. You’ll be the face of the brand, helping customers make informed decisions about Rogers’ home and wireless solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales campaigns promoting Rogers Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Wireless services.
  • Educate customers about product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients within assigned territories.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (especially door-to-door, direct, or field sales).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about achieving results.
  • Comfortable working independently and outdoors.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Access to a vehicle is an asset but not mandatory (depending on territory).
