We’re hiring a Field Quality & Validation Lead to drive quality, compliance, and execution across field service operations in the West Region. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on first-pass success, eliminating rework, and hitting turnaround targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead field quality oversight for calibration & validation services
- Ensure 7-day turnaround on field jobs
- Drive first-pass success and eliminate repeat visits
- Coach and develop field technicians
- Write/review IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols
- Lead deviation investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA
- Review calibration certificates & quality documentation
- Manage client escalations and technical issues
- Ensure GMP compliance and audit readiness
- Experience in calibration, validation, or field service (life sciences/GMP)
- Strong knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ, deviations, CAPA
- Ability to lead technicians and improve field performance
- Experience with GMP compliance and documentation
- High-impact, field-facing leadership role
